Defective and Return Policies
Funtastic Novelties, Inc. offers the following Limited Defective Policy: If you discover a product does not work properly and would like to request credit, you must complete the following steps within 30 days of purchase: Set the item aside in the original package. Contact our Customer Support personnel at 260-482-1566 to begin the process with a Return Authorization Request form. Fill out the form completely. Upon approval, Funtastic will issue credit on your account toward the purchase of another item. We reserve the right to request that you return the product to our warehouse to complete the credit process. Merchandise returned must be sent freight prepaid.
Funtastic Novelties, Inc. offers the following Return Policy: Merchandise purchased from Funtastic Novelties may be eligible for return for credit toward another purchase within 30 days of receiving it under the following conditions. Contact our Customer Support personnel at 260-482-1566 to fill out a Return Authorization Request for approval. Returns must be requested within 30 days from the original date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and unit quantity sold; dozen, gross, jar, unit, etc. Items must be new, unused and free from damage. Returns may be charged a restocking fee. No refund will be given on original shipping costs. Merchandise returned must be sent freight prepaid. The above policies do not apply to the following: Candy, Inflates, Glow Products, Discounted or Close Out.
